1- Công ty cổ phần Chế
tạo bơm Hải Dương cam kết cung cấp các sản phẩm và dịch vụ kỹ thuật về máy
bơm, van nước, quạt công nghiệp, tuốc bin nước đảm bảo chất lượng, tiến độ
giao hàng với giá cả hợp lý nhằm đáp ứng thoả mãn nhu cầu của khách hàng.
2- Thực hiện chính sách
quan tâm tới khách hàng, trợ giúp việc tư vấn lựa chọn, vận chuyển, lắp
đặt và bảo trì sản phẩm.
Để đạt được cam kết trên Công
ty tiến hành:

Duy trì thực hiện Hệ thống
Quản lý Chất lượng phù hợp Tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2000 để mọi nhân viên đều
thấu hiểu chính sách chất lượng, nhận thức rõ trách nhiệm cá nhân, phấn
đấu không ngừng nâng cao chất lượng, hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ .

Liên tục cải tiến Hệ thống
QLCL, đầu tư hiện đại hoá sản xuất; chú trọng đào tạo để mọi nhân viên
có đủ năng lực thực hiện có chất lượng công việc được giao.

Cộng tác chặt chẽ với khách
hàng, không ngừng nghiên cứu phát triển để cải tiến và nâng cao chất
lượng sản phẩm.

Lựa chọn các nhà cung cấp để
việc mua vật tư đảm bảo chất lượng và giá cả.

Dự đoán trước và lập kế
hoạch chuẩn bị cơ sở vật chất, tài chính để sản phẩm đạt thông số kỹ
thuật, đúng tiến độ với chi phí sản xuất hợp lý.

POLICY
1- Hai Duong pump manufacturing Joint-Stock Company
undertakes that its products and technical services in respect of pumps,
water valves, industrial fans, water turbines will be supplied with the
specified quality and delivery progress and reasonable prices in order to
satisfy the customers’ needs.
2- To perform the customer care policy, supporting the
products selection consultancy, transportation, erection and maintenance.
For achievement of above said commitments
the Company implements the followings:

Maintaining the implementation of the
Quality Management System in accordance with the standard ISO 9001:2000
so that all employees could well understand the Quality Policy, the
individual liabilities for improving continuously the quality of any
work they will do within their own duties.

Continuously improving the Quality
Management System, investing in modernizing the production line, paying
attention to training so that every employee has qualification for well
implementing the given works.

Closely coordinating with customers, and
seriously studying the product development so as to improve continuously
the product quality.

The careful selection of the suppliers of
input materials and semi finished products so as to ensure the purchase
of materials with good quality and prices.

Working out the pre-plan for
facilities and finance so as to ensure that the products to be
manufactured shall be consistent with the set forth specification,
proposed time schedule and reasonable production expenses.
